If you are a regular client at Sienna Skin & Beauty, then you’ve possibly tried a nano needling treatment before or have at least heard about it. So what is nano needling and how is it different from micro needling? In short, nano needling is a non invasive micro exfoliation and transdermal serum delivery system that only penetrates the topmost layer of the skin, or the epidermis (nonliving skin tissue) while micro needling utilizes the same method, but penetrates down to the dermis (living skin tissue). But there’s more, so let’s break it down.

And just like that, a new season is around the corner. March 20th marks the beginning of Spring, which means it’s time to think about switching some of your products around. Did you know that during each season, your skin experiences changes along with the environment? That’s why it’s a good idea to switch products around quarterly so that you can help your skin adapt to the change of seasons.

If you’re anything like me, then you occasionally like to take a break from home, work and the daily grind. Maybe you like to soak up the sun on a gorgeous beach or take a hike through the mountains. Several factors arise when it comes to skincare and travel.

In year 2023, the standard for beauty has never been higher. We live in a world of perfectly curated social media accounts, airbrushed filters and the normalization of so many beauty procedures meant to smoothen, tighten, lift enlargen, etc. There is nothing wrong with any of this, however let us not forget the natural process that is aging and that it is inevitable. I am here to remind you that there are ways to embrace aging that don’t involve fighting the process all together.
